Refund and Returns Policy

At OlivePrime, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Used skincare products
  • Opened hair care products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
